18K gold is 75% pure gold, while 14K is about 58% pure gold. 18K has more gold, so it gives a richer, warmer yellow color. Our gold pieces are plated with 18K gold.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer: you can print a USPS label at USPS Click-N-Ship. To start a return, email corporate@mystigrey.com.

Our Charm Opener jewelry polishing wipes. Each pre-moistened wipe cleans and polishes in seconds and is small enough for a handbag or travel case. Use one after wearing to keep every piece bright.

Wipe it gently with our Charm Opener jewelry polishing wipes after wearing. They are made for rhodium-plated pieces and keep the finish bright. Skip silver dips, toothpaste and abrasive polishes, which are too harsh for fine finishes.

Put it on last and take it off first. Keep it away from water, perfume, lotion and chlorine. Wipe it gently with a Charm Opener jewelry polishing wipe or a soft cloth, then store it in its Mystigrey box.

We recommend taking it off first. Like all fine jewelry, it keeps its shine longest when it stays away from soap, chlorine and salt water.

Yes. Our pieces are designed for everyday wear and layering. Take them off before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and wipe them after wearing to keep the finish bright.

Most of our necklaces measure 17.7 in (45 cm) and sit at the collarbone. Extra rings on the clasp let you also wear them at 16.5 in (42 cm) or 15.7 in (40 cm), at the base of the neck. Each product page lists its chain length, and our sizing guide shows where every length sits.
